Hunting Red Lechwe

Red Lechwe females are smaller and have no horns.

Usually found around water, but also found in dry river beds or dried dams.

They do enjoy some cover. Usually found in herds, bachelor and nursing herds can usually be distinguished.

Red Lechwe is active late afternoon and early morning.

Red Lechwe is fairly slow on land but can move rapidly through the water.
