Visa Requirements for hunters coming to South Africa

Most nationalities do not require a visa to enter into South Africa as a tourist, providing the stay does not exceed 30-90 days. The hunters will need a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months.

Health Information for hunters coming to South Africa

South Africa is known to have some of the best Doctors and Hospitals in the world. So if any hunter needs to be hospitalised they will be in good hands. However we do recommend that all hunters get travel insurance since quality healthcare in South Africa is not cheap.

There are generally high standards of hygiene and safe drinking water in most tourist areas; at Induna Safaris we have safe drinking water for our hunters.

Malaria is not present in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, and thus Induna Safaris is malaria free. If any hunters is planning to travel to further North of South Africa i.e. Kwazulu Natal, Mpumalanga and Limpopo then please enquire as to whether malaria prophylaxis is required.

Currency Information for Travellers:

Induna Safaris no longer accepts personal or travellers’ cheques. Payments with credit cards, or cash is preferred.

The South African climate is fairly mild, especially in the Eastern Cape, so hunters can come out to hunt at just about any time.
