Brian and Jenny from the UK have joined us for an 11 day Cull Hunting Safari 21 May 2015

Brian and Jenny Knight have arrived today from North Hampshire in England, for a cull hunt. They have hunted plenty of times in South Africa, but this is the first time that they have joined Induna Safaris for a hunt. After arriving at the lodge and settling in they headed out and scouted around to get a feel for the terrain.

22 May
After breakfast they went out to see what was about, and Brian managed to get two Impala rams and a waterbuck cow.

23 May
Brian had another good day of Cull Hunting and managed to get 2 Warthog and a Blue Wildebeest.

24 May
Todays total consisted of a Warthog and Common Springbuck.

25 May
Brian managed Cull Hunt a Black Springbuck ram that had made its way into the Copper Springbuck hurd and we didn’t want him breeding with the Copper ewes. A White Springbuck with a damaged leg was taken in the afternoon.

26 May
Another days Cull Hunting, 1 x Impala and 1 x Blue Wildebeest

27 May
The day was spent at Addo Elephant Park and various animals were spotted including Lion, Elephant and Buffalo. A great day was had by all.

28 May
A Warthog and Impala were taken in the morning and then late in the afternoon Brian took a shot at a Waterbuck cow and wounded it so we have left it till the morning to carry on tracking it.

29 May
Unfortunately the Waterbuck was not found. We did follow its blood trail for about 3 kilometres and the blood eventually dried up.
Brian managed to get 2 Warthog in the afternoon after some great stalking and sharp shooting. Well done Brian.

We would like to thank Brian and Jenny for using Induna Safaris for their 2015 Cull Hunting Safari. We hope to see them in the near future.
