The accommodation at INDUNA SAFARIS consists of two houses, one on each farm, just a twenty minute drive apart.
On Hillside farm, stands a beautiful, traditional Karoo farmhouse which is shared with the family. Our facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court and outside entertainment area with a bar and braai area. Further-creature comforts include satellite tv, internet, telephone and fax machine.
The other farmhouse on Cauchassie farm is situated in a secluded valley, surrounded by beautiful scenes of nature. The house is rustic and private, promising an authentic African bush experience. Facilities include a telephone, indoor fireplace and relaxing outdoor entertainment area perfect for braaiing (traditional South African BBQ) and appreciating the breathtaking open views.
In the evening, after a long day of hunting, guests can relax and wind-down in the outdoor entertainment areas- enjoying the fresh warm air while sipping on some local beverages, watching dinner being cooked over an open fire and listening to the sounds of wildlife.
Full meals are included and consist of predominantly authentic South African cuisine, including potjiekos (stews cooked in an African pot placed directly over the open fire), braais and picnic lunches for during the day.
At INDUNA SAFARIS we feel privilaged to have a fully- trained and experienced nurse in our family and living on site, ensuring any First-aid and care is well-provided.
